Chelsea Griffith

President

A lifelong Texan and Tarrant County native, Chelsea Griffith is proud to serve as the President of Cowtown Republican Women. Currently, Chelsea is the Chief of Staff to the Tarrant County Judge. In this role, she provides leadership and counsel on matters of policy and communications and manages the Judge’s strategic initiatives related to transportation, homelessness, economic development, public health, and more. Previously, Chelsea served as the Chief of Staff to the Fort Worth Mayor and City Council. Additionally, her previous experience includes serving as an aide to Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison and the Senate Commerce Committee in Washington, D.C.

Chelsea has a passion for community service and civic engagement and serves on the Board of Directors for Alliance for Children and Read Fort Worth. A lifelong Longhorn, she received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. Chelsea lives in Fort Worth with her husband, Patrick Griffith, and their dog, Bonnie.
