Biography
Macy Hill has served on the Fort Worth City Council representing District 7 since May 2023, winning re-election in 2025. A proud graduate of Texas Christian University, Hill earned a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Liberal Arts (MLA) from TCU. She began her career in the corporate world, gaining expertise in complex program management and marketing before dedicating herself to philanthropic advisory and nonprofit leadership. Hill is the Founder and Principal of Macy Hill & Company (formerly Tailwind Philanthropic Advisors), where she advises ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, foundations, and individuals on philanthropic investment strategies, private foundation management, and impact measurement.
Throughout her career, Hill has demonstrated proven experience in family office management, nonprofit operations, and public policy advising, connecting people to meaningful giving strategies that align with their values and create lasting community impact. She currently serves on the TCU Board of Trustees, Fort Worth Sports Commission, Healing Shepherd Clinic, and the Cowtown Marathon board of directors. Her expertise spans public relations, fundraising, strategic planning, community development, and nonprofit leadership, making her a trusted voice in Fort Worth’s civic and philanthropic landscape.
