David Stein serves as Chairman of the Smith County Republican Party and is the President of the Texas Republican County Chairmen’s Association (TRCCA), the statewide organization of all 254 Republican County Chairs dedicated to strengthening grassroots leadership, providing training, and supporting Republican principles across Texas.

In his leadership roles, David is committed to empowering local party structures, encouraging civic participation, and advancing conservative values through effective organization and collaboration. His work with TRCCA focuses on equipping county chairs with the resources and training needed for impactful local governance.

At the county level, David leads efforts in Smith County to mobilize voters, support Republican candidates, and build a robust grassroots infrastructure that reflects the principles of limited government, individual liberty, and community engagement.
