Clint Ludwig was born and raised in Wyoming where, In 1997, at the age of 19, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He served 20 years on active duty with 10 years enlisted in the Signals Intelligence field and 10 years as an officer in the Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence field, retiring in 2017.

Continuing to serve the public, Clint accepted a position as the Chief Deputy for the Tarrant County Clerk in April of 2017 and served in this role until he was selected by the Elections Commission to be the Tarrant County Election Administrator. He has been serving as the Tarrant County Elections Administrator since August 1, 2023.

He has also taken an active role in serving local veterans as a board member for the local nonprofit, Cowtown Warriors. Serving as the Secretary and twice as President since 2017. During this time Cowtown Warriors has helped many North Texas Veterans get out of tough situations, get back on their feet, and successfully move forward with their lives.
